The MIT license in LICENSE applies to this project's source code, configuration,
original game text and documentation, to the extent the project contributors
hold rights in them. It does not license the artwork or any third-party film,
character, trademark, logo, likeness or other third-party intellectual property.
Artwork under assets/ is excluded from the MIT grant; see assets/LICENSE.txt.

Horror Alchemy is an independent fan-made game. We do not claim ownership of the
films referenced in the game or of their characters, trademarks or other
third-party intellectual property. Those rights belong to their respective
rights holders. Film titles and factual metadata are used to identify the films.
The project is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by the films'
studios, distributors, creators or other rights holders.

Illustrations were generated for this project; they are not official film
posters. Generation records document provenance, not a guarantee of exclusive
rights, copyright protection or permission to use third-party material. This
notice does not assert fair use or grant rights the project does not hold.
